To understand and learn my lenses I like to spend a few days only shooting with a single lens. I like to see what a lens can do in a variety of situations and subjects. Everything I shoot is with only this lens. I recently purchased a PENTAX HD D FA* 50mm F/1.4 SDM AW and only used this lens for everything I shot for a full week. I learned a lot from doing this and highly recommend if you haven’t tried this method already that you do so.
